Kathryn Forest Design fuses modern and traditional elements producing timeless, comfortable environments for clients.  Kathryn’s classic design sensibility, combined with a fresh, contemporary perspective, is reflected in each project with meticulous attention and detail.

As a designer Kathryn does not hesitate to combine inexpensive finds with custom furniture and fine antiques, and when appropriate, will repurpose existing furniture. Working closely with each client and personalizing their living space ensures that the end result will represent their specific lifestyle needs.

Kathryn also stresses the importance of a budget.  “Every project, no matter the scale or scope, must have a budget to provide an essential framework”, she says. “For me, being resourceful and imaginative never compromises my commitment to the aesthetic of design”.
